The Minnesota Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association will
present its
second
Leadership Training Summer Institute in June, 2007 – and all athletic
administrators
in Wisconsin are invited to participate.
The National
Interscholastic Athletic Administrators Association developed the
leadership training educational program to support the new
administrators and
at the same
time offer a professional development program for the experienced
athletic
administrator. The national average is that over 50% of athletic
administrators
on the job have
five years or less experience. Knowing this, Minnesota has organized
a professional
development opportunity for athletic administrators.
A nationally
recognized faculty that has only been assembled at the NFHS
National
Conference has been pulled together for three days in Minnesota,
and you have
the chance to learn from some of the top athletic administrators
and educators
in the country.
