2.  Expand the focus of NIAAA membership:

  • Include new, junior highs, middle schools, and independent schools administrators.
  • Involve State Presidents, liaisons & Executive Directors
  • Encourage Section board reps to attend the state conferences in their section.
  • Develop a more effective tracking of member renewals.
  • Share membership promotion ideas between states.

3. Continue to pursue corporate partners.

 CORPORATE SPONSORS

The NIAAA now has several corporate sponsors.  They include:

            Coaches Locker.com

            Clear Defense

            Gatorade

            Gerflor

Some of these corporate sponsor agreements include benefits for state associations.  Contact your section Board rep for more details.

INCREASE THE COMMITTEE POOL

Please encourage the members in your state to submit a committee application.  Our goal from our December liaison meeting was to have at least 2 people from each state in the committee pool.  So far 20 states have met this goal.  Committee application forms can be found on the website or in the POP manual.
