Earn one college credit from Viterbo University regarding what you learn at the
WADA Workshop in November in Appleton. You can sign up for this credit
each year that you attend the WADA Workshop.

There are two pages to download regarding this college credit. Note that these
two items are IN ADDITION to the on-line Registration packet that is also used
to register for the Workshop. Prior to the Workshop, you MUST download
BOTH of the pages in this link.
Viterbo credit – Syllabus and Registration Form – 2 pages (pdf)

REQUIREMENTS
1 -- Attend Workshop Sessions as outlined in the WADA Workshop Manual.

2 -- Write a brief description of the sessions you attended.
3 -- Write a 2-3 page paper (typed) on how the WADA Workshop will benefit
you as an Activities / Athletic Director.

4 -- Write-ups due on or before November 28th, 2008.

REGISTRATION & PAYMENT
The Viterbo Registration Form needs to be completed. This form is IN ADDITION
to the form needed to register for the Workshop. Send that form, and payment, to
the address in West Allis… as listed on the form.
