Viterbo Credit Info -- for 2006 WADA Workshop

Updated Sept. 13, 2006

Earn one college credit from Viterbo University regarding what you learn
at the WADA Workshop in November in Appleton. You can sign up for
this credit each year that you attend the WADA Workshop.

WADA Workshop - Viterbo Credit Information ~ 2006
Cost: $160.00
Instructor: Joe Beran, A.D. at La Crosse Central High School
Earn one credit from the Workshop. You can register each year
for the graduate credit, for each year you attend the Workshop.

Requirements: Brief write up of each session from the WADA Workshop
and a 2-3 page paper telling how you will apply what you learned at the
Workshop to your job. The paper and write-ups are due approximately
2 weeks following the Workshop.

Registration & Payment: The Registration Form needs to be completed.
The “Viterbo Graduate Credit Form” may be found on the WADA web
site; look for the on-line REGISTRATION pack that is usually posted
in early September. Send that form, and payment, to the address in
West Allis… as listed on that form.
